Liz is an American Council of Exercise (A.C.E.) Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience. She has also completed the A.C.E. Nutrition Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist courses. Liz is a Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor and an SCW Barre Instructor.

Liz’s personal training approach is to take your lifestyle and attitude toward fitness into consideration when creating your fitness plan. The goal is to set you up for success so you can stay on track. We’ll focus on a research-backed approach and will skip any fads that may not prove to be useful long-term.

PERSONAL TRAINING RATES (1 on 1)

  • 1 Session: $75

  • 5 Sessions: $350

  • 10 Sessions: $650

PERSONAL TRAINING RATES (2-4 people)

  • 1 Session: $55

  • 5 Sessions: $250

  • 10 Sessions: $450
